Step One:
Open Microsoft Internet Explorer.Once you have Internet Explorer opened, on the top left hand corner of your screen, click on Edit and select Options.
Step Two:
Once the Options menu comes up, select the Mail tab, from the left middle of the screen.The mail preferences can be set so that you will receive incoming mail - provided all blanks are filled out correctly.
Step Three:

In the Mail Server Address field, enter mail.torchlake.com.
Make sure the box labeled This server requires authentication is not checked.
The user name and password fields should be blank.
In the Name field, enter your full name - this can be any way that you would like it to be.
In the Address field, enter your e-mail address in all lower case letters. (This is very important)
Once you have filled out all the required information, click on Ok.
The next thing we need to do, is to open the Internet Mail program.
Step Three:
In Internet Mail, click on Edit and select Preferences.

In the SMTP Host Name field, enter mail.torchlake.com.
In the POP Account field, enter yourusername@torchlake.com, where yourusername is the same username that you requested at signup.
In the POP Password field, enter your password. This is the same password that you asked for at signup.
Unless you wish to store copies of your email messages on our mail server (which is not the default setting in most email programs), make sure the box labeled
Delete received mail from server is checked.
Click Ok.
