Connecting Issues

error message: Unable to establish dial in connection. . .
Unable to negotiate dial-in connection please check your password and try again

This is usually caused by the password or username being mistype.
1st. Retype the username and password (making sure everything is lower case characters)
2nd. Make sure the username is only your username NOT your email address with the @torchlake.com
3rd. Restart your computer, complete power-off (cold boot)

Dial-up Networking

USR 56K X2 Modems Causing: unable to negotiate a compatible set of network protocols specified in network setting in the control panel
Insert the init string of S15=128
