We have been working through some pretty poor weather and have managed to get 5 new upgraded access points up on towers today. For those of you on the North End of Torch, give us a call, we may be able to upgrade you as soon as the Tuesday after Christmas.

Today marks the Third day of FIVE days of exciting new benefits for being a COLI Customer.

Third, COLI is again offering a customer referral program. Exact details of the referral program will be released later, but what I can tell you now, is you will get a credit of $25 placed on your bill for each high speed customer you refer to us, plus they too will get a $25 discount towards their first service bill, just for being referred.

Today marks the SECOND day of FIVE days of exciting new benefits for being a COLI Customer.

Second, with the recent availability of more bandwidth with our second route to the internet, we will be upgrading the core of our network to handle these new, faster speeds. What this means to you is, by the end of this year, 2011; we will be able to offer speeds up to 20mbps to about 25% of our network.

Today marks the first of 5 days of exciting new benefits for being a COLI Customer.

First, as of Monday, Sept 26^th, COLI will have in place a second Fiber Optic Internet connection. What this means to you, is COLI has more bandwidth and is now virtually immune to outages caused by our upstream provider, as we now have 2 and very soon to be 3 very different routes to the internet.

Updated Wireless Coverage Maps

Updated Wireless Coverage Maps are now available here. Over the last few months we have been hard at work expanding coverage to our wireless network in able to service those in need. We now have over 86 access points covering a good portion of Northwestern Lower Michigan. We are continuing to add areas to our coverage map that we feel are under-served. If you are interested in wireless service from us, even if you are not in the green area, please email or call us and we will add you to our database. This will aid in expanding our coverage to those who need our Highspeed Wireless Internet Service.
