Gardens of the Month and Aug. 3rd meeting

The Juniper Garden Club of the South Torch Lake Area will hold its August meeting on Tuesday, August 3. This is the club/s annual Memorial Meeting. We invite all interested persons to this event. Dedication of a Memorial tree with a tribute to Club Members and Families and Deceased Michigan Soldiers. The gathering will begin at 11:30 at the Alden Depot Park. The meeting is opened to all interested persons. Everyone is welcome.
Each month the Juniper Garden Club honors a business garden and a residential garden of the month. July 15 to August 31 we honor the gardens at Higgins Store in Alden and the residential gardens of Diane and Ed Huller at 8472 SE Torch Lake Drive. Stop and take a look at the beautiful gardens.
